200 Hrs Level I. Cascais, Portugal. August 2025

yogafire® is a dynamic method rooted in classic Hatha yoga, seamlessly integrating all its branches and encompassing various yoga genres to create a holistic practice that connects the mind, body, and soul. Central to this approach are three core components: Asana, Pranayama, and Dyanna.

By emphasizing breath control, practitioners cultivate mindfulness and enhance
their physical and mental well-being. The diverse postures strengthen and stretch
the body, promoting flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Complementing these elements, meditation allows for introspection and emotional balance, deepening self-awareness and fostering a sense of inner peace. Together, these components make yogafire® a transformative and enriching experience that nurtures comprehensive well-being and spiritual growth.

Asana - postures
